Teaching & Mentorship

Research Mentor
In addition to my own research pursuits, I have mentored junior research analysts in research design and implementation, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and grant proposal writing for the past six years that has resulted in 5 grant-funded projects. Projects have ranged from looking at the cognitive impact that the simple act of excluding (or including) has on the experience of moral emotions, to examining how implementing benefits that allow employees to help others or strive for personal/professional growth improves work engagement, organizational commitment, and well-being.
