Who I am.
I am a mixed-methods social-behavioral scientist with 9+ years of experience in research design, data analysis, and project management. With a background in psychological motivation, identity, emotion, and social connection, I have led 30+ end-to-end research studies examining how psychological motivators shape our attitudes, decision making, and behavior. I have applied my work in various domains, including emotion regulation and well-being, prosocial behavior, consumer behavior and market research, workplace outcomes, and even trauma and mental health—distilling insights from complex data with implications for brand and marketing strategy, as well as well-being interventions.
My process.
I primarily use experimental and survey research methods, as well as other methods such as open-ended data, focus groups, and interviews to creatively solve problems and achieve desired results. I translate complex data into actionable insights through written and visual storytelling in presentations for diverse audiences.
What I offer.
I am passionate about solving complex problems. As a social-behavioral scientist, I bring a unique perspective to addressing business and client challenges that is rooted in a strong ability to identify the deeper narratives in data - understanding the ‘why’ leads us to the ‘how’. A motivated self-starter and lifelong learner, I am also dedicated to continually honing my skills and being challenged to learn new ones. I enjoy creating supportive, collaborative, and inclusive work environments built on trust with stakeholders, clients, and peers as we work toward reaching common goals. Peer and junior mentoring is a personal strength that I find important and deeply rewarding.

I am particularly drawn to behavioral science and consumer insights roles where my background and skillsets can bring value to teams, clients, and organizations, ideally serving others with tangible impact. Further, I am eager to employ and grow my leadership, project management, and mentoring skills to build happy, productive teams that reach their fullest potential.
